Rekha is the Chairman of Accenture in India, responsible for - growing Accenture's business, further strengthening the presence in communities across India, institutional relationships with public authorities, and industry associations. Board member of Pratham Books and the Akshara Foundation (not-for-profits, working with underprivileged children). She has been part of executive management teams at Talisma Corporation, Levis Strauss, Akzo Nobel, and Cargill Inc. A gold medalist from the XLRI School of Business & now serves on their board of governors. Interests: hiking and long-distance cycling.
