There are several different types of subscriptions available to you. Depending on which of the below subscription services you select at the time of registering with YNOS, the scope of services and payment terms will vary. All payments in favour of YNOS are non-refundable, for any reason.

While some services would be free for all our users, some services can be accessed only by way of subscription. Some offerings will be provided on "as and when required basis" on the payment of requisite fees.
Information about subscription plans and prices would be provided in the Site while requesting for a subscription of a service. You agree to pay the price for the subscription or service as per the pricing schedule indicated in the Site. At the time of account creation or subscription, you need to provide accurate information regarding your account, including a valid credit card or debit card or net banking credentials, and you must certify that you are over 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a valid and binding agreement with YNOS.
The term of your subscription shall be year-to-year or as specified in the plan. Your subscription will commence on the day you enter into this Agreement by entering a valid credit card or other payment information on the Site. You may not cancel your subscription following receipt of payment by YNOS (unless you are otherwise able to do so in accordance with your statutory rights).
You agree that YNOS will not be liable for any loss caused by any unauthorized use of your credit card or any other method of payment by a third party in connection with the use of Site. You waive your right to dispute any payment made into your account and you will bear all costs.
Any attempt to defraud YNOS through the use of credit cards or other methods of payment, or any failure by you to honour charges or requests for payment will result in immediate termination of your account.
YNOS may use third party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions ("EPPs") to process financial transactions. You irrevocably authorize us, as necessary, to instruct such EPPs to handle such transaction and you irrevocably agree that YNOS may give such instructions on your behalf in accordance with your requests as submitted on the Site. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use of each applicable EPP, and in the event of conflict between these Terms and the EPP's terms and conditions then these Terms shall prevail.

You agree to pay all charges, including applicable taxes, in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time the price or charge becomes payable.

This Agreement constitute the entire agreement between YNOS and User regarding the subject matter hereof, and supersede any previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between the parties, written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, YNOS will not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance or non-availability of the services resulting, directly or indirectly, from acts of nature, events, omissions, accidents or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, internet failure, network or computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failure, electrical power failures, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, labour disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labour or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, breakdown of plant or machinery, acts of God, war, governmental actions or orders, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals.
