Samir Khurana is an active angel investor with 14 years of experience in capital raising, M&A and investment management. From different engagements in the past, he has raised $120 Million through IPO, $50 Million through PE, and $30 Million of Debt. In his previous stints, he cofounded a boutique investment banking firm with specialization in equity fund raising and restructuring advisory.
