About Vanshay Goenka
Vanshay is the Director at Cool Caps Industries, where he focuses on sustainability, plastic recycling, B2B RPET flakes, and EPR. He is the founder of two ventures—EnableCap, a fintech startup, and Re. Act, a sustainability initiative. Originally from Kolkata, Vanshay holds a degree from St. Xavier’s College and an Executive MBA from ISB. He began his career at EY, spending four years in consulting before venturing into entrepreneurship. He is also a Co-Partner at The Dotin Network, a sector-agnostic VC syndicate. As an angel investor, Vanshay actively supports founders building in fintech and sustainability.
