About
Annapurna Mushrooms was started in April 2014 by Mr. Vivek Wankhade, who initiated market research to identify the demand for fresh oyster mushrooms in Pune. The survey indicated a requirement of more than 1 quintal of mushrooms daily in the city. Encouraged by the results, Vivek, along with Vinayak, Akshay, and Mr. Narendra, established a mushroom farm in Nanded Phata Pune. They experimented with cultivation techniques and successfully grew their first batch of oyster mushrooms.\n\nTo reduce costs, Annapurna Mushrooms implemented innovative techniques for cultivation and began selling their products in Pune, PCMC, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Goa, N (Show more)
