Mitsuya Farms Private Limited specializes in the manufacturing of coconut products such as virgin coconut oil, coconut milk, coconut water, and coconut powder, following ancient Ayurvedic principles. With factory construction completed, the machinery is set to be supplied in September 2021, and production will commence in October 2021. The company plans to produce approximately 500 liters of virgin coconut oil per day using around 10,000 coconuts. Named after Mitsuya, the wife of sage Atri and mother of Lord Dattatreya Trimurthi Swaroopa, Mitsuya Farms aims to be fully operational before Diwali 2021.
